We provide 2-year warranty services from the date of receipt of the goods,Send the video of the product you have problems with in the use process to our professional after-sales team, after the after-sales team confirms, we will replace a new product to you,  without repairing the old one.

1.KIOKOP will offer free a new product for defective products after confirmed with the manufacturer within the warranty period. The item should be returned by the customer. Damage to items caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty.

2. If you have any quality problems, please feel free to contact the after-sales customer service to solve it for you.

3.If the customer damages/misuses these items, the product warranty will be immediately invalidated. No compensation is provided in this case.

This warranty excludes:

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

Products/accessories are not used in accordance with the user manual

Products are misused or modified in any way

Products repaired by the user or anyone other than an authorized service representative of KIOKOP 

Products that are dropped or damaged due to user error

Use of unauthorized non-KIOKOP Charger

Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport

Damage exceeding the cost of the product

Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase and serial number on your device

Units not used in accordance with KIOKOP care instructions

Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises

Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
